Results announced

The application results will be mailed to the applicants by the end of December. Alternatively, about one month after a meeting with the parents, they will be informed of the decision regarding their application for admission.

Acceptance deadline

Parents of newly enrolled students must come to the school to complete the enrollment procedures within the “Unified Registration Deadline”. Once the registration fee is paid, the parents are deemed to have accepted the offer of admission.

Interview

1 round(s) · Around November each year, interviews are scheduled for children and their parents who wish to enroll in the following academic year.The meetings are conducted in individual or group settings, with parents participating in discussions; teachers observe the children’s behavior during play.

There is no limit to the number of application forms for admission that can be submitted. Parents may submit them in person or by mail; the school does not accept applications or required documents submitted via fax or email. **In-person submission:** Applications can be delivered at the school where you wish to enroll between 2 pm and 4 pm on Thursdays. **Application fee:** Twenty dollars should be paid together with the application form. After receiving the application materials, the school will assign each applicant a waiting number. Around October each year, “Notifications for Parents on Waiting List” will be sent out. Each school will arrange meetings according to the number of places available in the next academic year and the order of the waiting numbers. In other words, it is not guaranteed that the school will be able to meet with all the children and parents on the waiting list. Those who do not receive a meeting appointment will automatically be placed back on the waiting list. Each year, the school will send out reply forms to check whether applicants on the waiting list still wish to continue waiting for a place. If parents still wish to remain on the list, they should return the reply forms on time to indicate their continued interest. Otherwise, the school’s records of these applicants will be deleted. For parents of new students, a meeting is usually held in July or August, where the following information will be provided: an introduction to the “Admission Rules” and the school curriculum; guidance on how new students can adapt to school life and the school’s arrangements; details about the requirements and procedures for applying for financial assistance; and answers to parents’ questions.
