2021/22 entry- Application window
- 1 Sept 2020 – 30 Nov 2020Parents are required to apply to the Education Bureau for the “2021/22 Registration Certificate” between September and November 2020.
- How to apply
- Multiple methods
- Results announced
- The application results will be mailed to the applicants by the end of December. Alternatively, about one month after a meeting with the parents, they will be informed of the decision regarding their application for admission.
- Acceptance deadline
- Parents of newly enrolled students must come to the school to complete the enrollment procedures within the “Unified Registration Period” (i.e., from January 7th to 9th, 2021). Once the registration fee is paid, the parents’ acceptance of the degree is officially confirmed.
- Interview
- 1 round(s) · Around November each year, interviews are scheduled for children and their parents who wish to enroll in the following academic year. The meetings are conducted in individual or group settings, with parents participating in discussions; teachers observe the children’s behavior during play.
Required documents
- Completed application form
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate
There is no limit to the number of application forms for admission that can be distributed. Parents may submit these forms in person (from 2 to 4 p.m. on Thursdays) or by mail. The school does not accept applications or required documents submitted via fax or email. After receiving the application materials, the school will assign each applicant a waiting number; around October each year, “Notifications to Parents on Waiting List” are sent out. Applicants who do not receive an appointment will be automatically added to the waiting list. The school sends feedback letters every year to check whether applicants on the waiting list still wish to continue waiting for a place. Parent meetings for new students are usually held in July or August, during which the “Admission Rules” and the curriculum are introduced; arrangements for new students’ adaptation to school life are discussed; information about the conditions and procedures for applying for financial assistance is provided; and parents’ questions are answered.

Curriculum & Approach
Mission: Help students learn the Christian spirit of honesty, trust, love and diligence. Aim: Spread the love of Christ and Christianized life. Value holistic education. Provide an ideal study environment for children. Create a good school spirit. Value families and communities as partners of the school.
By adopting diverse, comprehensive activities and games, children are encouraged to explore, experience, and interact with teachers and peers, promoting their development in thinking, language, perception, and social skills. Through social group life, children are also guided to establish good habits and moral character. Additionally, storytelling and reading programs cultivate an interest in reading among young children, laying the foundation for their learning. We will follow the “Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide” (2017) to plan curriculum. Children of nursery classes will not be asked to write, and there will not be mechanical copying exercises and drills on calculation.
Based on children's interests and life experiences, learning themes are planned. Through the integrated teaching method of storytelling and project-based learning, children are supported in acquiring and applying knowledge while developing their reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. Besides, daily arrangements include visits and participation in community activities to enrich children's experiences.
