The application results will be mailed to the applicants by the end of December. Alternatively, about one month after a meeting with the parents, they will be informed of the decision regarding their application for admission.

Interview

1 round(s) · Around November each year, interviews are scheduled for children and their parents who wish to enroll in the following academic year.The meetings are conducted in individual or group settings, with parents participating in discussions; teachers observe the children’s behavior during play.

There is no limit to the number of application forms for admission that can be submitted. Parents may submit them in person or by mail; the school does not accept applications or required documents submitted via fax or email. **In-person submission:** Applications should be delivered to the desired school between 2 pm and 4 pm on Thursdays. After receiving the application materials, the school will assign each applicant a waiting number. Around October each year, “Notifications of Waiting Parents for Interviews” will be sent out. Each school will schedule interviews according to the number of places available in the following academic year and the order of the waiting numbers. In other words, it is not guaranteed that the school will be able to meet with all the children and parents on the waiting list. Applicants who do not receive an interview invitation will automatically be placed back on the waiting list. Yearly confirmation forms will be sent out to check whether applicants on the waiting list still wish to continue waiting for a place. If parents still wish to remain on the list, they should return the confirmation form on time to indicate their continued interest. Otherwise, the applicant’s information will be removed from the waiting list. For new parents, information sessions are usually held in July or August, where the following topics will be covered: the “Admission Rules” and the school curriculum; assistance for new students in adapting to school life and the school’s arrangements; the requirements and procedures for applying for financial aid; and answers to parents’ questions.

Acceptance deadline

Parents of newly enrolled students must come to the school within the “Unified Registration Period” (i.e., from January 7th to 9th, 2021, Thursday to Saturday) to complete the enrollment procedures.

There is no limit to the number of application forms for admission that can be distributed. Parents may submit these forms in person (from 2 pm to 4 pm on Thursdays) or by mail. The school will not accept applications or required documents submitted via fax or email. Parents of newly enrolled students in the preparatory class who are accepted will be notified to pay the registration fee of HK$1,570 at the school. Once the registration fee is paid, it indicates the acceptance of the place. If a parent decides to withdraw their child from the program later on, the school will not refund the paid registration fee under any circumstances. Should there still be available places after the “Unified Registration Date”, the school will allocate them according to the waiting list order of the applicants. A meeting for parents of new students will be arranged in July or August.
