The application results will be mailed to the applicants by the end of December. Alternatively, about one month after a meeting with the parents, they will be informed of the decision regarding their application for admission.

Interview

1 round(s) · Around November each year, interviews are scheduled for children and their parents who wish to enroll in the following academic year.The meetings are conducted in individual or group settings, with parents participating in discussions; teachers observe the children’s behavior during play.

There is no limit to the number of application forms for admission that can be distributed. Parents may submit them in person (from 2 pm to 4 pm on Thursdays) or by mail. The school does not accept applications or required documents submitted via fax or email. After receiving the application materials, the school will assign each applicant a waiting number; around October each year, “Notifications for Parents on the Waiting List” are sent out. Applicants who do not receive an appointment will be automatically added to the waiting list. Annual confirmation letters are sent to check whether applicants on the waiting list still wish to continue waiting for a place. If there are still available places after the “Unified Registration Date”, the school will allocate them in the order of those on the reserve list. Parent meetings for new students are usually scheduled in July or August.

Parents of newly enrolled children in the kindergarten must come to the school within the “Unified Registration Period” – namely from January 7th to 9th, 2021 (Thursday to Saturday) – to complete the enrollment procedures.

In-person submission: Applications must be submitted directly to the school where you wish to enroll, between 2 and 4 p.m. on Thursdays. The school does not accept applications or required documents via fax or email. Parents of admitted students in the preparatory class should attend the school as notified to pay the registration fee of HK$1,570. Once the registration fee is paid, the enrollment is confirmed. If a parent decides to withdraw their child from the program later on, the school will not refund the paid registration fee under any circumstances. If there are still available places after the “Unified Registration Date,” the school will allocate them according to the waiting list order of the applicants. Parent meetings for new students will be scheduled in July or August.
