The application results will be mailed to the applicants by the end of December. Alternatively, about one month after a meeting with the parents, they will be informed of the decision regarding their application for admission.

Acceptance deadline

Parents of newly enrolled children must go to the respective kindergarten to complete the enrollment procedures within the “Unified Registration Deadline”. Parents of newly enrolled children in the preparatory class should pay the registration fee of HK$1,570 at the school as notified. Once the registration fee is paid, the parents’ acceptance of the school place is confirmed.

1 round(s) · 1 Nov 2020The meetings are conducted in individual or group settings, with teachers observing the children’s behavior during play. It may not be possible for the school to arrange meetings with all the children and their parents who are on the waiting list for admission.

There is no limit to the number of application forms available for distribution. Parents can submit them in person (from 2 pm to 4 pm on Thursdays) or by mail. The school does not accept applications or required documents submitted via fax or email. The unified registration period for newly enrolled children in the kindergarten is from January 7th to 9th, 2021. Should there still be available places after this registration period, the school will allocate them according to the waiting list order of applicants. A parents’ meeting for new students will be held around July or August.

1 round(s) · Around November each year, interviews are scheduled for children and their parents who wish to enroll in the following academic year.The meetings are conducted in individual or group settings, with parents participating in discussions; teachers observe the children’s behavior during play.

There is no limit to the number of application forms for admission that can be distributed. Parents may submit these forms in person (from 2 to 4 p.m. on Thursdays) or by mail. The school will not accept applications or required documents submitted via fax or email. After receiving the application materials, the school will assign each applicant a waiting number; around October each year, “Notifications for Parents on the Waiting List” are sent out. Applicants who do not receive an appointment will be automatically added to the waiting list. The school sends feedback letters every year to check whether applicants on the waiting list still wish to remain on it. Parent meetings for new students are usually held in July or August, during which the “Admission Rules” and the school curriculum are introduced; information about new students’ adaptation to school life and the school’s arrangements is provided; the requirements and procedures for applying for financial assistance are explained; and parents’ questions are answered.
