There is no limit to the number of application forms for admission that can be submitted. Parents may submit them in person or by mail; the school does not accept applications or required documents submitted via fax or email. **In-person submission:** Applications can be delivered at the school where you wish to enroll between 2 pm and 4 pm on Thursdays. **Application fee:** Twenty dollars should be paid together with the application form. After receiving the application materials, the school will assign each applicant a waiting number. Around October each year, “Notifications for Parents on Waiting List” will be sent out. Each school will schedule interviews according to the number of places available in the next academic year and the order of the waiting numbers. In other words, it is not guaranteed that the school will be able to meet with all the children and parents on the waiting list. Applicants who do not receive an interview invitation will automatically be placed back on the waiting list. However, the school will send a reply form every year to confirm whether applicants still wish to remain on the waiting list. If parents wish to continue waiting, they should return the reply form on time so that the school can keep their application records; otherwise, the application will be cancelled. For parents of new students, a meeting is usually held in July or August, where the following information will be provided: an introduction to the “Admission Rules” and the school curriculum; guidance on how new students can adapt to school life and the school’s arrangements; details about the requirements and procedures for applying for financial assistance; and answers to parents’ questions.
