There is no limit to the number of application forms for admission that can be distributed. Parents may submit these forms in person or by mail; the school does not accept applications or required documents submitted via fax or email. **In-person submission:** Applications can be delivered at the school where you wish to enroll between 2 pm and 4 pm on Thursdays. **Application fee:** Twenty dollars should be paid together with the application form. After receiving the application materials, the school will assign each applicant a waiting number. Around October each year, “Notifications for Parents on Waiting List” will be sent out. Each school will arrange interviews according to the number of places available in the next academic year and the order of the waiting numbers. It is not guaranteed that the school will be able to meet with all the children and parents on the waiting list; those who do not receive an interview will automatically be placed back on the waiting list. The school will send a reply letter every year to check whether applicants on the waiting list still wish to continue waiting for a place. If there are still available places after the “Unified Registration Date,” the school will allocate them according to the order of the reserve list. A meeting for new parents is usually held in July or August, where the following information will be provided: an introduction to the “Admission Rules” and the curriculum; guidance on how new students can adapt to school life and the school’s arrangements; details about the conditions and procedures for applying for financial assistance; and answers to parents’ questions.
