Required documents

• Originals and copies of the ID cards, passports, or other certification documents of the parents/guardians
• The original and photocopies of the student’s Hong Kong birth certificate (if it indicates “Pending confirmation”, the original and photocopies of the student’s passport or residence permit in Hong Kong must also be provided).
• If a student does not possess a birth certificate from Hong Kong, they must present both the original and a photocopy of their birth certificate from another place, as well as identification documents that prove their legal right to reside in Hong Kong.
• A recent photo of the student (the passport photo)
• If you declare that your father/mother or elder sibling is a graduate of this school, you must present the relevant original documents and their copies (such as the elder sibling’s birth certificate and the graduation certificate of the elder sibling or their parent).
• If any siblings are enrolled in this school, please bring a photocopy of their enrollment record on the first page of their student handbook for the current academic year.
• Original and photocopies of documents proving the residential address (such as water bills, electricity bills, gas bills, residential telephone bills, lease agreements with stamps, food delivery receipts, public housing rental cards, etc.; monthly statements from banks or credit cards, as well as mobile phone monthly statements, will not be accepted). The name on these documents must match the name of the parent/guardian.
