Our school accepts application forms throughout the year (with no limit on the number of applications received or distributed).Parents may come to our school during the following hours to collect and return the forms: Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Intake quota

For the 2026/27 academic year, the number of places available in Class N of our school is approximately 13. In the first round of applications this year, around 50 places were allocated for Class N.

The date and time of the interview will be notified separately by letter; the results of the selection process will also be communicated via mail before the end of December of the same year.

Acceptance deadline

Parents who have received the admission notice must pay the registration fee ($1,000) within the specified deadline to complete the registration process. Those who fail to do so will be considered to have waived their right to obtain the degree.

Priority categories

In the same year, applicants who have siblings studying at this school will be given priority; children or siblings of graduates who have previously studied at this school will also be given priority. Priority will also be given to families in need of such services (for example, dual-income families), as well as families who require full-time or extended-full-time class services due to special circumstances (for example, families that need to take care of disabled members at home). Additionally, preference will be given to families living near this school.

The specific dates and times for these meetings will be notified separately.On the day of the meeting, parents will accompany their children for individual interviews and group activities. Approximately 50 places are available for the first round of meetings for Class N this year.

For those who are not selected for an interview or whose placement has been cancelled, the application forms and all supporting documents submitted by the applicants will not be returned and will be destroyed immediately. Each application form is intended for applying for only one academic year/class. If parents decide to transfer their child to another school after registration, they must notify the school in writing. The school will only return the relevant registration certificate, but the registration fee will not be refunded.

Acceptance deadline

Parents who have received the admission notice must bring the original “2026/27 Registration Certificate” to our school and pay a registration fee of HK$1,000 between January 8 and January 10, 2026 (the unified registration deadline set by the Education Bureau) in order to complete the registration process. Those who fail to do so within this time limit will be deemed to have waived their right to obtain the degree.

Approximately 90 places are available in the first round of interviews for the K1 program this year. For those who are not selected for an interview or whose waiting status is cancelled, the application forms and all supporting documents submitted by the applicants will not be returned and will be destroyed immediately. Those who do not receive notification regarding the interview results or their application status will be placed on a waitlist. Should any school places become available at our school, we will arrange for parents to come to the school as soon as possible to complete the enrollment procedures. Please bring your “Registration Certificate”/“Admission Permit” for registration purposes. If a parent decides to transfer their child to another school after registration, please notify us in writing. We will only return the relevant registration certificate, but the registration fee will not be refunded. Once the registration certificate is retrieved, we will no longer reserve a place for that child at our school.
