Parents who have received the admission notice must pay the registration fee of $1,000 within the specified deadline to complete the registration process. Those who fail to do so will be considered to have waived their right to obtain the degree.

In the same year, applicants who have siblings studying at this institution will be given priority.

For the 2026/27 academic year, the number of places available in Class N of our school is approximately 13. For those who have not been selected for an interview or whose placement on the waiting list has been cancelled, the application forms and all supporting documents submitted by the applicants will not be returned and will be destroyed immediately. Those who have not received notification regarding the interview results or their application status are considered reserve candidates. Should any school places become available, we will arrange for parents to come to the school as soon as possible to complete the enrollment procedures. Please bring your “Registration Certificate”/“Admission Permit” for registration purposes. If a parent decides to transfer their child to another school after registration, please notify us in writing. We will only return the relevant registration certificate, but the registration fee will not be refunded. Once the registration certificate is retrieved, we will no longer reserve a place for that child.

Our school accepts applications throughout the year (there are no limits on the number of applications accepted or the timing of application receipt).

Acceptance deadline

Parents who have received the admission notice must bring the original “2026/27 Registration Certificate” to our school and pay a registration fee of HK$1,000 between January 8 and January 10, 2026 (the unified registration deadline set by the Education Bureau) in order to complete the registration process. Those who fail to do so within this time limit will be deemed to have waived their right to obtain the degree.

Priority categories

Applicants who have siblings studying at the same school in the same academic year; children or siblings of graduates who have previously studied at this school; families in need of such services (for example, dual-income families); as well as families who require full-time or extended-full-time class services due to special circumstances (for example, families that need to take care of disabled members at home); and those whose homes are located near the school.

On the day of the interview, parents will accompany their children for individual meetings and group activities. If interpretation services are required during the interview, please contact our school at least one week before the scheduled interview date. Alternatively, a Chinese-speaking friend or family member can accompany your child to assist with communication.

Our school accepts application forms throughout the year (there are no limits on the number of forms distributed or accepted). Parents can come to our school between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. or 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, or between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Saturdays to collect and submit the application forms. Each application form is only intended for applying for one academic year/class. Application forms can be collected in person at our school or downloaded from our website. For those who do not receive an invitation for an interview or whose place in the waiting list is cancelled, the application forms and all accompanying documents submitted by the applicants will not be returned and will be destroyed immediately. Those who do not receive any notice regarding the interview results or the outcome of their application will be placed on a waitlist. Should any school places become available, we will arrange for parents to come to our school as soon as possible to complete the enrollment procedures. Please bring your “Registration Certificate”/“Admission Permit” when coming to register. If a parent decides to transfer their child to another school after registration, please notify us in writing. We will only return the relevant registration certificate, but the registration fee will not be refunded.
