Required documents

• Registration Certificate for Primary One Students from the Education Bureau
• A photocopy of the student's Hong Kong birth certificate or relevant documents proving entry and residence rights
• A recent photo of the student (the student's name is written on the back of the photo).
• Copies of the parents' ID cards (both father and mother)
• Photocopy of address verification documents (water, electricity, gas bills or lease agreements)
• Copies of the applicant's Hong Kong birth certificate/single-entry permit/birth certificate issued in another place and passport (the original documents must be presented for verification)
• Photocopy of the document proving the residential address
• Copies of the identification documents of the parents (both father and mother) or guardians
• One recent photo of the applicant (to be attached to the application form)
• If the applicant has a sibling studying at this school, please submit a photocopy of the sibling’s record sheet, which is located on pages 2 and 3 of the handbook (this copy must be signed by the homeroom teacher and stamped by the school).
• If you declare that your elder sibling is a graduate of this school, please submit a photocopy of their graduation certificate as well as a photocopy of their birth certificate.
• A photocopy of the latest grades from the school where one is currently enrolled
• One return envelope is required; please write the mailing address and the student’s name on it and attach a stamp.

Selection criteria

1. People who have moved from other districts to Tseung Kwan O
2. The student originally attended a primary school in Tseung Kwan O District. Since his siblings were already enrolled in this school, he applied for transfer to facilitate better care for them.
3. The student originally attended an elementary school in Tseung Kwan O District and applied to transfer to another school.
