Starting from June 30, 2026, application forms can be downloaded under the “Latest News” section on our school website or obtained in person at the School Administration Office during office hours. Please complete the form and all required documents and submit them in person at the School Administration Office during office hours. Office hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday); 9:30 am to 12:00 pm (Saturday).
