This kindergarten joins the EDB's Kindergarten Education Scheme. To take up a place you'll need an EDB Registration Certificate (apply September–November) and must register during the territory-wide Unified Registration Dates in early January — when each child can secure only one place.

- Applications for admission are processed all year round.Parents can obtain and return application forms at our school at the time specified below: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

- The quota of N Class for the academic year 2026-2027 is 30.

We will send back the application number by post within one month. Each application form is used for applying for one class in one academic year. All application forms and related documents of unsuccessful candidates or those who remove themselves from the waiting list will not be returned; instead, they will be destroyed immediately. For those applicants who have not yet been arranged an interview or have no result after interview, will be queued at the waiting list. We will notify the parents by a formal letter to arrange an interview with the applicants once there is vacant school place. If a child who has been admitted and completed the registration process, the school will directly convert the registration fee into tuition fee. If parents decide to change school after registration, please notify us in writing. The school will return the “2026/27 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” to parents but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon reclaiming the “2026/27 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” by parents, the school place will no longer be available to the child.

Curriculum & Approach
Vision: We pledge to carry out the principle of “serving the community in the spirit of benevolence” of Yan Chai Hospital; to provide quality holistic education and to prepare our students to be the pillars of our country. Mission: Teach students according to their aptitude; inspire students to develop their potential, and ability in innovative and independenty thinking; and build good character.
Early childhood education is the starting point of the human learning process and can also be regarded as the cornerstone of educational engineering. Therefore, our curriculum design is based on: • Meet the requirement of three important elements of children's learning: life experience, interests and abilities • Foster children's balanced development in terms of morality, body, aesthetics, cognition and language, affection and social skills. • It can induce children to learn through play and cultivate the spirit of self-directed learning. We will follow the “Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide” (2017) to plan curriculum. Children of nursery classes will not be asked to write, and there will not be mechanical copying exercises and drills on calculation.
Use activities and play-based learning to inspire children's cognition development. Guide children to think and ask questions, let them explore, and learn from experience through diverse environmental settings and activities. Train children to think analytically and to express themselves.
