Required documents

• Primary One Registration Form
• Original and photocopy of your child's Hong Kong Birth Certificate (if your child was born abroad, please bring along documents permitting the child to remain in Hong Kong)
• One long white return envelope (size 22.7cm x 10.1cm) with an affixed stamp. Please write the address and your child's name (your child as the recipient) clearly on the envelope
• A passport-size photograph of the child
• A photocopy of a recent transcript or an evaluation form or the information page of the Student Handbook
• Fill in the school enrollment form (will be distributed on registration day)
• Photocopy of the Primary One Registration Form
• Original and a photocopy of your child's Hong Kong Birth Certificate (If your child was born abroad, please bring documents permitting the child to remain in Hong Kong)
• A photocopy of a recent transcript, evaluation form or the information page of the Student Handbook
• Filled out application form
• Student Learning Portfolio, if applicable
• Photocopy of the certificate of baptism if the applicant is a Catholic
• Parent/Guardian's Identity Card, Passport or other identity documents
• Applicant child's Hong Kong Birth Certificate and its photocopy
• If no HK Birth Certificate, applicant child's non-local Birth Certificate and document(s) permitting stay in HK
• Supporting documents (e.g., sibling's Birth Certificate and school handbook) if claiming sibling is studying in the school
• Supporting documents (e.g., sibling's Birth Certificate and graduate certificate) if claiming sibling/parent is a graduate
• Baptism Certificate if claiming same religious affiliation
• Supporting documents if parent is a member of the sponsoring organisation
• Proof of residential address (e.g., stamped tenancy agreement, rates demand note, public housing tenancy agreement, or utility/telephone bills)
• Fill in the school enrollment form
• Two return envelopes (size 22.7cm x 10.1cm) with an affixed stamp (To Hong Kong: HK$4.1)
• A recent photo
• A photocopy of a recent transcript, an evaluation form or the information page of Student Handbook
• Copy of the application form (yellow) for verification

Selection criteria

1. Age eligibility
2. Sibling studying in the school
3. Parent or sibling is a school graduate
4. Same religious affiliation with the school
5. Parent is a member of the sponsoring organisation
