- If a student is admitted through the “self-assignment of university places” system in late November 2025 and has completed the registration procedures, the school will also send a letter on June 3, 2026, informing parents to come to the school on Saturday, June 9, or between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. or 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, to register, collect the information regarding the start of the new term, and handle matters such as purchasing textbooks and school uniforms.

- From November 26th to 27th, 2025: Registration procedures for those applying for “self-allocated degrees” will be handled; on November 28th, 2025: Registration procedures will be available for candidates on the waiting list for “self-allocated degrees”; from June 9th to 10th, 2026: Registration procedures for the unified placement system will be conducted.

- Student birth certificate [both original and copy] (If the student was not born in Hong Kong, both original and copy of the one-way travel permit and both original and copy of the certified identity document must be submitted), as well as the Hong Kong Identity Card [both original and copy] (if available).
- Present the ID card of the parent or guardian. (If someone else is submitting the application on behalf of the parent/ guardian, please attach a copy of their ID card as well.)

The registration period for the “Primary One Unified Allocation” system is from Tuesday, June 9th, to Wednesday, June 10th. Parents are requested to come to the school between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. or between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to complete the registration procedures.
