- The results of the applications will be announced by the Education Bureau at the beginning of July, together with the results of the centralized placement process. On March 31, 2026, our school will notify the parents of all admitted students via written communication and telephone, informing them that their children have been included in the list of admitted students for the self-allocated places at our school.

- Copy: Application form for the applicant (student) – Academic transcripts for Grade 5 (for the entire academic year) and Grade 6 (for the first semester)

- Two return envelopes are required – attach a $2.2 postage stamp to each envelope and clearly write the applicant’s (student’s) name and address on them.

Selection weightings
In the Education Bureau’s evaluation, 20% is based on academic performance, 10% on conduct and attitude, 10% on extracurricular activities, 5% on whether relatives have attended this school, 5% on participation in activities organized by the school, and 50% on performance during the interview.
Application period: January 2 to January 16, 2026 (including both the first and last days). It is not allowed to submit applications for “self-assignment of places in Form 1” to more than two secondary schools. No primary school recommendation letters are required. All applicants will receive a written confirmation stating that their application forms have been received, and they will also be notified to attend the interview organized by our school.
