Required documents

• Application Form for Primary One Admission for the applicant (student)
• The original and photocopies of the applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate
• Original copies of the ID card, passport, or other identification documents of the parent/guardian, as well as their photocopies
• If someone else is entrusted to submit the application form on your behalf, it is necessary to present a power of attorney issued by the parent/guardian, as well as copies of their identification documents for verification.
• If the applicant does not possess a birth certificate issued in Hong Kong, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the applicant’s birth certificate issued in another place, as well as the identity documents proving his/her right to reside in Hong Kong.
• The original and photocopies of the documents proving the applicant's residential address, such as utility bills for water, electricity, and gas (within the past three months), a lease contract with official stamps, landline telephone bills for residential properties, or public housing rental cards. The name on these documents must match the name of the parent/guardian; otherwise, additional documentation proving the familial relationship between the head of the household and the parent/guardian is required.
• If the applicant declares that their father/mother or elder brother/sister is a graduate of this school, the parent/guardian must present the relevant documents (original and photocopies of the birth certificate and graduation certificate).
• If the applicant declares that their elder brother/sister is enrolled in this school, they must submit a photocopy of the elder brother/sister’s student handbook (“Registration Record”) and present both the original and a photocopy of the elder brother/sister’s birth certificate.
• If the applicant declares the same religious belief as the school, the parent/guardian must present the original or a photocopy of the relevant document.
• If it is stated that the applicant has the same club affiliation as the school, the parent/guardian must present both the original and a photocopy of the relevant membership certificate.
• One white envelope (9X4 inches) stamped with a 2.2-yuan postage stamp; the student’s name and address should be written on the envelope.
• Original registration certificate for Grade 1 students
• Copies of the birth certificate or other relevant documents (the original copies must also be presented at the same time).
• Copies of the identity documents of the student’s parents
• Copy of the address certificate
• Registration Form for First-Grade Students in the 2026-2027 Academic Year (to be filled out upon arrival at school)
• 1 photo
• One white envelope (9 x 4 inches), stamped with a 2.4-yuan postage stamp, on which the student’s name and address are written.

Selection criteria

1. When enrolling in September 2026, the child must be at least 5 years and 8 months old, which means that the child must be a Hong Kong resident who was born on or before December 31, 2020.
2. Has not yet started primary school
3. My elder brother/sister is a graduate of this school.
4. My elder brother/sister is studying at this school.
5. The same religious belief as the school
6. Have the same community associations as the school
