- One photocopy each of Xiao Wu’s academic report for the whole year and that for the first semester of Xiao Liu’s primary school studies (it is not necessary to submit the primary school recommendation letter).
- A return envelope with the address already written on it and a $2.20 postage stamp attached has also been provided.
