- On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, our school will notify the parents of all admitted students in writing and by telephone that their children have been included in the list of admitted students for the discretionary allocation of places. Such notifications do not apply to candidates who were placed on the reserve list or who were not admitted; nor do they constitute the official results of the placement process. Parents are not required to respond in any way to these notifications. The results of the discretionary placement phase will be announced together with the results of the unified placement process on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Parents do not need to call our school to inquire about them.

- Two return envelopes have been prepared, each containing a $2.2 postage stamp and filled in with the student’s address.

Selection weightings
The “List of Students Ranked by Academic Performance” provided by the Education Bureau takes into account the following criteria: 35% for academic achievements, 35% for conduct, 10% for participation in extracurricular activities, 10% for performance during interviews, and 10% for overall performance.
Each student may only apply to no more than two secondary schools listed in the “Application Form for Self-allocated Places in Secondary One”. Otherwise, their opportunity to obtain self-allocated places will be cancelled. Once the application form is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. Parents should fill in the names of the secondary schools they wish to apply to on each copy of the application form. They should first tear off the copy indicating the order of preference and keep it for record, then submit the application form to their respective schools. Upon submission, parents should immediately receive a “Parent’s Copy” stamped with the school’s seal, name, and number as confirmation.
