Required documents

• The completed “Application Form for Primary One Admission”
• ID card, passport, or other identification documents of the parent/guardian
• The applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate and its photocopies
• If the applicant does not possess a birth certificate issued in Hong Kong, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the applicant’s birth certificate issued in another place, as well as the identification documents proving their residence in Hong Kong.
• If it is claimed that the sibling is enrolled in this school, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the relevant documents (such as the applicant’s birth certificate and the sibling’s student ID card).
• If it is claimed that the father/mother or elder sibling is a graduate of this school, the parent/guardian must present the relevant documents (such as the birth certificate of the elder sibling, as well as the original and photocopies of the graduation certificate of the elder sibling or the parent).
• If it is stated that the applicant shares the same religious beliefs as the school, the parent/guardian must provide both the original and a photocopy of the relevant documents (such as the applicant’s baptism certificate).
• Present both the original and photocopies of the documents proving your stated residential address (such as a stamped lease agreement, a utility bill, a public housing lease contract, or a water/electricity/gas/residential telephone bill).
