- If the applicant does not possess a birth certificate issued in Hong Kong, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the applicant’s birth certificate issued in another place, as well as the identity documents proving his/her right to reside in Hong Kong.
- If it is claimed that the sibling is enrolled in this school, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the relevant documents (such as the applicant’s birth certificate and the sibling’s student ID card).
- If it is claimed that the father/mother or elder sibling is a graduate of our school, the parent/guardian must present relevant documents (such as the birth certificate of the elder sibling, as well as the original and photocopies of the graduate certificate of the elder sibling or the parent). The graduate certificate must clearly indicate that the individual in question is a graduate of Yau Ma Tei Catholic Primary School or its After-School Program.
- If it is stated that the applicant shares the same religious beliefs as the school, the parent/guardian must provide both the original and a copy of the relevant documents (such as the applicant’s baptism certificate).
