In compliance with Hong Kong Law, students must be Hong Kong Permanent Residents or Residents with a valid Hong Kong visa stamp. Candidates are not allowed to reapply for the same level within the same academic year. After review, applications with missing documents will not be processed further until all required documents are submitted. If the missing documents are not provided within one month of the application date, it will be considered a withdrawal of the application.
