  • The application form for self-assignment of places in Form 1, distributed by primary schools (comprising three interconnected sections: the Education Bureau's copy, the school's copy, and the parent's copy)

  • Copies of the following documents: Xiaowu’s report cards for the first and second semesters of the fifth grade, as well as Xiaoliu’s report card for the first semester of the sixth grade.
  • Other readily available documents that can prove the applicant’s qualifications, such as awards and certificates (no primary school recommendation letter is required).
  • Two envelopes (please write your name and address clearly on them); one of these envelopes must be stamped with a $2.2 postage stamp.

Our school is not a “one-stop” institution affiliated with the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals. All places for Form 1 are open to applicants who share our educational philosophy. The deadline for submitting applications, in accordance with the regulations of the Education Bureau, is from Friday, January 2, 2026, to Friday, January 16, 2026 (excluding public holidays). Application forms and relevant information can be obtained at the school office or downloaded from our website starting from November 1, 2025. Applications can be submitted either through the “Form 1 Allocation Electronic Platform” or by submitting the “Application Form for Self-allocated Places in Form 1” in person. Successful applicants for self-allocated places will be notified by telephone and letter on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. **School’s Statement on Personal Data Collection:** All collected data will be destroyed by September 30, 2026.
