Required documents

• Fill out and attach a recent photograph of our school’s application form.
• The application form for self-assignment of places in Form 1, distributed by primary schools (comprising three interconnected sections: the Education Bureau's copy, the school's copy, and the parent's copy)
• Copy of the student ID card
• Copies of the following documents: Xiaowu’s report cards for the first and second semesters of the fifth grade, as well as Xiaoliu’s report card for the first semester of the sixth grade.
• Other readily available documents that can prove the applicant’s qualifications, such as awards and certificates (no primary school recommendation letter is required).
• Two envelopes (please write your name and address clearly on them); one of these envelopes must be stamped with a $2.2 postage stamp.
• Student Handbook (Original Version)
• One composition in Chinese and one in English (both have been corrected by the teacher) (copies)
• Transcripts for Grades 5 and 6 (Copies)
• Hong Kong Identity Card and the Allocation Certificate for Secondary One issued by the Education Bureau (copy)
• Other documents, such as awards and certificates received during primary school (copies)
• Fill out and attach the application form of our school, along with a recent photograph.
• Copies of the following documents: Grade reports for the first and second semesters of Grade 5, as well as those for the first semester of Grade 6.
