Location for Application Submission: School Hall 2 on G/F; Time of Application Submission: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM; Please obtain a queue number at the reception on G/F and proceed to the School Hall 2 or Room 104B to complete the application process; After submitting the form, parents should keep the yellow 'Parent's Copy' properly for their records.
