Age eligibility

Children born before December 31, 2023, are eligible to apply for admission to the kindergarten program for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Whether you are selected or not (including both successful selection and being placed on the reserve list), you will be notified by mail before mid-December 2025.

Acceptance deadline

The unified registration period for the whole of Hong Kong is from January 8th to 10th, 2026. If there are still available places after the registration period, those who have reserved their places will be notified to complete the registration procedures from late January to early February 2025.

Priority categories

The applicant’s brother/sister is currently enrolled in this school; they have been baptized as Catholic students and reside in this area, allowing them to attend school conveniently; their parents/elder siblings are alumni of this school. If the applicant applies for the full-day program, it is because there is a family need.

Interview

Individual · 1 round(s) · 1 Nov 2025 · CantoneseWhen conducting individual interviews with young children, one or two parents must accompany them. The language used in these interviews is primarily Cantonese, with Mandarin or English used as supplementary means when necessary. When interviewing children who do not speak Chinese, our kindergarten will assign dedicated teachers to provide translation services as required to facilitate communication.

Application Period: Application forms are available throughout the year, and there is no limit to the number of forms that can be distributed or collected (you can download the application form from our school website or collect it in person). Submission Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:30 to 16:30; Saturday: 09:30 to 12:00. The school will send notification letters by mail to parents. If parents have not received such letters by October 25, please call 2651 1651 to inquire. All children who have submitted their applications will be given the opportunity to attend an interview. Admission decisions will be communicated via mail. If parents fail to bring the electronic “Registration Certificate”/“Admission Permit” to the kindergarten where their child has been admitted within the “Unified Registration Date”, the kindergarten may not be able to complete the registration process on their behalf. If a child is admitted after the “Unified Registration Date”, parents must still use the electronic “Registration Certificate”/“Admission Permit” to complete the registration. If parents intend to transfer their child to another kindergarten after registration, they must go to the original kindergarten and scan the QR code on the electronic “Registration Certificate”/“Admission Permit” to cancel the original registration. Once the cancellation process is completed, the kindergarten will no longer reserve a place for that child. Generally, the original kindergarten will not refund the “registration fee”. The Education Bureau will announce the availability of places at each school online by the end of January 2026. Please note that if parents fail to submit the registration certificate when applying, the kindergarten may not be able to complete the registration process on their behalf. Therefore, parents must submit the required registration documents to the Education Bureau within the specified deadline.
