Required documents

• The completed and signed “Application Form for Primary One Admission”
• The original ID card/passport of the applicant
• Original and photocopies of the child’s Hong Kong birth certificate (if the child was not born in Hong Kong, original and photocopies of the birth certificate from another place and identity documents proving permission to reside in Hong Kong must also be provided).
• Original and photocopies of the document proving your home address (only receipts for water, electricity, gas, residential fixed-line telephone services, or broadband internet; public housing lease agreements/rental certificates and cards; notices of public housing allocation issued by the Housing Department; lease agreements already stamped with official seals; notices of rent increases or property taxes; and documents proving that you are about to move into a government-subsidized dormitory are accepted).
• If an older sibling is currently studying at this school: the older sibling’s birth certificate and the enrollment record in their student handbook.
• If the elder sibling or parent graduated from this school: The birth certificate of the elder sibling, as well as the graduation certificate of the elder sibling or parent.
• If applying for a child to be registered as a Catholic: the original and photocopies of the baptism certificate
• Cover page of the student’s kindergarten handbook/copy of the student ID card (which must display the name of the kindergarten)
• 1 large envelope measuring 4 x 9 inches (please fill in the return address and the student’s name, and attach a postage stamp worth 2 yuan and 20 cents).
• The completed “Primary One Student Registration Form”
• Copies of the student's "birth certificate", "return permit to Hong Kong", "ID card", "visa identity document", "passport" or "Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents" (applicable to those applying through the electronic platform for primary one enrollment)
• Registration Certificate for Grade 1
• The original and photocopies of the schoolchild’s birth certificate (if the child was not born in Hong Kong, proof of residence in Hong Kong and the original and photocopies of the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong/Macao must also be submitted).
• Cover of the kindergarten handbook/photocopy of the student ID card
• Complete the "Primary One Candidate Application Form" (make sure to attach a photo of the applicant's identification document).
• Photocopy of the parent's copy of the application form for primary one enrollment under the "self-assignment of degrees" program (yellow)
• Copies of the "Unified Allocation" computerized allocation form (green)
• Copies of the birth certificate of the child (if the child was not born in Hong Kong, copies of the residence permit and the One-way Pass for Traveling to Hong Kong or Macao must also be submitted)
• Cover of the kindergarten handbook / Photocopy of the student ID card
• If you are a Catholic: A photocopy of the baptismal certificate for the child
• Complete the "Primary One Candidate Application Form" (make sure to attach a photo of the applicant's identification document).
• Photocopy of the parent's copy of the application form for first-grade admission under the "self-assignment of degrees" program (yellow; can be used to print the electronic application version)
• Printed copy of the "Unified Allocation" computerized allocation application form (green) (the electronic application version can also be printed)
• Cover of the kindergarten handbook/photocopy of the student ID card (must display the student’s name and the name of the kindergarten)
• If you are a Catholic member, please present a photocopy of your child’s baptism certificate.

4. Catholics (who have received baptism)
5. Submit the completed application form and relevant documents.
6. Performance during the interview (including the book that the student mentioned as their favorite)
