Required documents

• The completed application form for primary one admission
• The ID card, passport, or other identification documents of the parent/guardian. If the parent/guardian entrusts someone else to submit the completed application form on their behalf, that person must present a photocopy of the parent/guardian’s ID card, passport, or other identification documents.
• Application for a Hong Kong birth certificate for the student and its photocopies (if the student does not possess a Hong Kong birth certificate, they must present their birth certificate from another place, as well as the original and photocopies of their valid residence permit in Hong Kong).
• The original and photocopies of the address verification document, which must contain the same address as that stated in the application form; the name on the address verification document must match the name of the parent/guardian (i.e., the applicant). Bank statements or mobile phone bills are not accepted.
• If it is stated that the sibling is enrolled in this school, the original student ID book of the sibling, a photocopy of the academic record sheet, and both original and duplicate birth certificates must be brought along. Applicants for school-age children will definitely be admitted to this school.
• If you declare that your father/mother/brother/sister is a graduate of this school, you must bring both the original and a copy of their graduation certificate, as well as the original and a copy of their birth certificate.
• If the applicant child is a Catholic, the original and photocopies of the baptism certificate must be brought along.
• One return envelope (already filled with the student’s Chinese name and Chinese mailing address, and stamped with a postage fee of $2.2)
• “Application Form for Reserve Students in Grade 1 for the 2026 Academic Year” (It is necessary to attach a photo of the reserve student)
• Copies of the “Primary One Registration Certificate” for the allocation of primary one places by the Education Bureau
• For the stage of automatic allocation of places in Grade 1 of the Education Bureau, please submit the “Application Form for Grade 1 Admission” (in paper form or as a photocopy of the electronic application).
• Education Bureau’s “Form for Selecting Schools through Unified Allocation for First-Grade Students” (paper or electronic copy of the application)
• A photocopy of the birth certificate of the alternate child (if the child was not born in Hong Kong, please also submit a document proving that the child is eligible to reside in Hong Kong).
• Alternative personal learning record documents (e.g., academic transcripts, certificates of extracurricular activities, competition awards, etc.)
• One return envelope stamped with a $2.4 postage stamp (23cm × 10cm); please write the student’s name as the recipient.

1. Age requirement: The child must be at least 5 years and 8 months old by the time of enrollment in September 2026.
