- The “Application Form for Self-Allocation of Places in Grade 7” for St. Joseph’s English Medium School has been completed.
- Report Cards for Xiao Wu throughout the year and for the first semester of Xiao Liu’s school year
- Attached are the certificates and awards for Grades 5 and 6 (you may decide whether to submit them or not).
Parents must log in to the electronic platform website https://esspa.edb.gov.hk and create an account. When registering, they need to enter the “Student ID” and “Activation Code” (provided by the student’s primary school or the Education Bureau). If a parent submits the application twice (i.e., both via a paper application form and through the electronic platform, for the same secondary school with the same application number), only one application will be considered. Our school will only accept the paper application form; all other submitted materials must also be in paper format. Therefore, submitting duplicate applications will not increase the chances of being assigned to that school. Parents should not submit applications with the same application number to different secondary schools via both a paper form and the electronic platform, as this will cancel their child’s opportunity to receive a place through the automatic allocation system. Regardless of whether the application is submitted in paper format or through the electronic platform, once an application for automatic allocation is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn, cancelled, or the order of preferred schools changed.

Vision & Mission
Our school is renowned for its admirable school ethos and discipline, as well as its harmonious teacher-student relationships. The Religious and Moral Education Committee organizes speeches, seminars and workshops to raise students' moral standards. Every year, a moral educational goal is set. Teachers and students take turns to give speeches on that goal. They share the rationale, importance, methods to achieve the goal and their experiences with the whole school.
We practise the ideal of Jesus Christ and provide students with holistic education. We hope that our students will strive for the best, be benevolent and contribute themselves to society.
