- Regarding the announcement of the allocation results for school places, our school will notify the parents of all admitted students in writing and by telephone on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, that their children have been included in the official list of those allocated places through the school’s own placement system. Such notifications do not apply to candidates who were placed on the reserve list or who were not admitted; nor do they represent the official ranking results. Parents are not required to respond to these notifications. All students who participated in the placement process will receive notification of their placement results (including those allocated through the school’s own system and those determined through the unified placement process) in mid-July, as scheduled.

- The completed “Interview Admission Ticket” (must include a recent photograph)
- Education Bureau receipt (blue), school receipt (green), parent receipt (red) -- (Note: Issued by the Education Bureau)
- A photocopy of the applicant’s ID card or a photocopy of their birth certificate
- Copies of Xiao Wu’s report cards for the second semester of the fifth grade and the first semester of the sixth grade
- Photocopy of the baptism certificate (if the applicant is a Catholic)
- Information regarding all extracurricular and in-school awards received by Yu Xiaowu within the two years from the sixth to the eighth grade must be provided, along with photocopies of the award certificates.

Procedure for submitting forms: Please bring the following documents to the School Administration Office between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. or between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., during the period from February 1, 2026, to January 16, 2026. Applicants are not required to submit a recommendation letter from their primary school.

Vision & Mission
The school values a disciplined learning atmosphere. The Discipline and Counseling Committee have set up a Student Award and Punishment Scheme for promoting students' self-discipline and self-study skills.
