- One photo of the student
- Student Birth Certificate for Hong Kong (original and duplicate copies)
- ID cards of the parents or guardians (both original and copy)
- Copy of the student’s kindergarten report card
- If you are a Catholic member, please present both the original and a copy of your certification document.
- 1 return envelope (with a $2.2 postage stamp attached, and containing the student’s name and address)
Our school is a government-subsidized primary school. The admission of students to Grade 1 is primarily conducted through the unified placement system organized by the Education Bureau. For details on the school’s own placement process and the unified placement system, please visit the Education Bureau’s website. Transfer students can obtain application forms at the school office during office hours or download them from our school’s website (this does not apply to applicants for Grade 1 admission in the previous academic year). The application forms and relevant guidelines for Grade 1候补 places in the 2026 academic year have been uploaded. The results of the unified placement will be announced on June 3, 2026.
