Shek Lei Catholic Secondary School

The school has an ethos of simplicity and sincerity. There is an excellent rapport between teachers and students. We adopt an integrated approach on discipline and counseling. We have a 'Dual Class Teachers' system for S.1 to S.3 classes to enhance guidance for students. A social worker from Caritas offers guidance and support to students on a regular basis and a Diocesan educational psychologist helps the school analyze its present state and handle students' problems with regard to their growth and study. There are several Parents' Days/ Nights annually to report the academic progression of students.

Adhering to the spirit of Christ, we carry out the mission of Catholicism and provide whole-person education. In addition, the school is committed to the implementation of school motto to train students with a spirit of humility and peace. The purpose is to guide students to establish a positive outlook on life, to develop students' ability to distinguish between right and wrong, to help students develop their full potential, and to encourage students to pay attention to social issues, to understand the motherland, and to promote Chinese culture.
