Required documents

• A copy of the student’s Hong Kong birth certificate (or document proving residence in Hong Kong)
• Copy of the parent's identity document
• 1 passport photo of the child
• Copy of the registration certificate for the first grade of primary school, or a copy of the registration certificate issued by the school assigned to one during the self-assigned degree program.
• Form for Unified School Selection (copy) ( Applicants submitting applications online should print their own copies)
• Recent report card of the student (copy)
• Other student information (if any): i. Student personal profile ii. Student works
• Completed application form
• Original copies of the ID cards, passports, or other identification documents of the parents/guardians, as well as signed and verified photocopies thereof
• A photocopy of the applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate that has been signed and verified (if not available, present a birth certificate issued in another place and identity documents proving residence in Hong Kong).
• Category A: A photocopy of the certified copy of the Hong Kong birth certificate of the applicant’s elder brother/sister who is currently enrolled in school; a photocopy of the certified copy of the student handbook of the elder brother/sister (pages 4 and 5) (which must be completed and accompanied by a recent school photo).
• Category B: A photocopy of the certificate of graduation issued by the applicant’s father/mother or elder sibling, which has been signed and verified; or a photocopy of the document proving that the applicant or his/her parent shares the same religion as the school, which has also been signed and verified.
• Copies of the certification documents verifying the eligibility of the stated residential address, which have been signed and verified (the name on these documents must match the name of the parent/guardian; receipts for water, electricity, gas, or residential telephone bills from the past three months, stamped lease agreements, meal vouchers, or public housing lease contracts that include the applicant’s name are also acceptable).
• Parent copy of the application form for Grade 1 (applicable to those submitting applications in paper format) / Copy of the application form via the Grade 1 admission electronic platform (applicable to those submitting applications through the electronic platform)
• Original and duplicate copies of the student’s birth certificate
• 2 photos of the student ID card
• Registration Certificate for Grade 1 Students
• Copy of the school selection form for the Primary One placement system (for applicants submitting on paper) / Copy of the school selection form for the Primary One placement system via the electronic application platform (applicants using the electronic platform should print it out themselves)
• Original and duplicate copies of the child’s Hong Kong birth certificate (or document proving eligibility to reside in Hong Kong)
• Original and duplicate copies of the parent's identification documents
• 2 passport photos of the children
• Student's Hong Kong birth certificate (or document proving residence in Hong Kong) (copy) (for late applicants)
• Copy of the parent's identification document (for late-enrolling students)
• 1 passport photo of the child (for those added later)

Selection criteria

1. Category A: The applicant’s elder brother/sister who is currently enrolled in school
2. Category B: The applicant’s father/mother or elder brother/sister has graduated from school.
3. The applicant or their parent holds the same religion as our institution.
