Required documents

• Original copies of the ID cards, passports, or other identification documents of the parents/guardians, as well as signed and verified photocopies thereof.
• For applicants in Category A: a. A photocopy of the applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate that has been signed and verified; b. A photocopy of the Hong Kong birth certificate of the applicant’s older brother/sister who is currently attending school, which has also been signed and verified; c. A photocopy of the student handbook of the older brother/sister (pages 4 and 5), which must be completed and accompanied by a recent school photo.
• For applicants in Category B: a. A photocopy of the applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate, which has been signed and verified; or b. A photocopy of the graduation certificate of the applicant’s father/mother or elder sibling, which has been signed and verified; or c. A photocopy of a document proving that the applicant or his/her father/mother shares the same religion as the school, which has been signed and verified.
• A photocopy of the certified document verifying the residence address provided must be signed and verified; the name on this document must match the name of the parent/guardian. Acceptable documents include utility bills (water, electricity, gas, residential telephone) for the last three months, stamped lease agreements, meal vouchers, or public housing lease contracts (also in signed and verified photocopy form).
• Note: If the applicant does not possess a Hong Kong birth certificate, the parent/guardian must present a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate issued in another place, as well as a photocopy of the identity document proving their residence in Hong Kong, which must have been signed and verified.
• Registration Certificate for Grade 1 Students
• Copy of the school selection form for the Primary One placement system (for applicants submitting on paper) / Copy of the school selection form for the Primary One placement system via the electronic application platform (applicants using the electronic platform should print it out themselves)
• Original and duplicate copies of the child’s Hong Kong birth certificate (or document proving eligibility to reside in Hong Kong)
• Original and duplicate copies of the parent's identification documents
• 2 passport photos of the children

Selection criteria

1. Category A: The applicant’s elder brother/sister who is currently enrolled in school
2. Category B: Proof of graduation from school for the applicant’s father/mother or elder sibling, or documents proving that the applicant or their father/mother shares the same religion as the institution.
