• Application Form for Kindergarten Entry
• Required documents (see details in the Application Guidelines for Lower Grades).
• The completed application form for primary one admission
• One return envelope (stamped with a $2.2 postage stamp), on which the student’s name and address must be filled in.
• The ID card, passport, or other identification documents of the parent/guardian, as well as their photocopies
• The applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate and its photocopies (if the last column of the birth certificate indicates that the child’s permanent resident status in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is “undetermined”, then the parent/guardian must present the original and photocopies of the valid travel document or residence permit of the child applying for this service).
• If the applicant child does not possess a Hong Kong birth certificate, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the child’s birth certificate issued in another place, as well as the identity documents proving his/her residence in Hong Kong.
• If it is claimed that the sibling is enrolled in this primary school, the parent/guardian must present both the original and copies of relevant documents (such as the sibling’s birth certificate and student ID card).
• If it is claimed that the parent or sibling is a graduate of this primary school, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the relevant documents (such as the birth certificate of the applicant’s sibling, and the graduation certificate of the applicant’s sibling or the parent).
• If it is stated that the applicant shares the same religious beliefs as the school, the parent/guardian must provide both the original and photocopies of relevant documents (such as the baptism certificate of the child applying, or proof of conversion).
• If the parent is a member of the organization that sponsors the primary school, the parent/guardian must present both the original and photocopies of the relevant documents.
• The original and photocopies of the documents proving the residential address stated (such as a leased contract with stamps, a food allowance receipt, a public housing lease agreement, or bills for water/electricity/gas/residential telephone services, etc.)

Selection criteria

1. Age requirement: Must have been born on or before December 31, 2020.
2. My elder brother/sister attended that primary school.
3. If the parent or sibling is a graduate of that elementary school
4. Sharing the same religious beliefs as the school
5. The parent is a member of the organization that runs this primary school.
6. Proof of residential address
