Required documents

• Required documents: Parents must bring the necessary documents in person to our school to complete the application process.
• Original and duplicate copies of the ID cards of parents or guardians
• Original and duplicate copies of the applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate or other valid documents
• Original and duplicate copies of address verification documents containing the names of parents or guardians (within the past three months)
• If the parents are members of the Shunde Association, they must present both the original and duplicate copies of their membership cards.
• Parents whose children are graduates of this school or its former predecessor are required to prepare both original and duplicate copies of their children’s graduation certificates.
• Siblings who are graduates of this school or its predecessor must prepare both original and duplicate copies of their graduation certificates and birth certificates.
• If your sibling is enrolled in this school, you must prepare both original and duplicate copies of the registration form for student status included in this year’s student handbook (already stamped by the school), as well as both original and duplicate copies of their birth certificate.
• Write down the address and attach a 9-inch by 4-inch envelope along with a $2.2 postage stamp.
• If the student is the first child in the family, please indicate this in the form.

• Copy of the list of universities for self-assignment of degree programs
• Copies of the unified school placement selection list
• Copy of the enrollment certificate for first-grade students
• Copies of recent school report cards
• Reference materials: Such as copies of awards received, certificates, or personal learning history records (these documents are not mandatory).

Selection criteria

1. Fill in the information of applicants from District 71 who have expressed their preference for our school as their first choice.
2. Fill in the information of applicants from other regions who have voluntarily chosen our school as their first choice.
3. ID card of the parent or guardian
4. The applicant’s Hong Kong birth certificate or other valid documents
5. Document proving the address
6. The parents are members of the Shunde Association.
7. The parents are graduates of this school or its predecessor, the Morning School.
8. The elder siblings are graduates of this school or its predecessor.
9. My elder brother and sister are both studying at this school.
10. The student is the first child in their family.
11. Applicants who list our school as their first choice in both the “self-assignment of university places” and the “centralized placement” processes will be given priority in being invited for interviews.
