Results announced

We will announce the results of our self-assignment process during the second to fourth weeks of November each year.

Acceptance deadline

After the results of the unified placement process are announced, even if an applicant was not initially assigned to our school, if the parents still wish for their child to join our community, they may bring the required documents (details will be provided in the school announcement) to our school during the designated days and times to complete the registration process.

Applicants interested in applying to our school should obtain the “Application Form for Kindergarten to Primary One Transition” from their kindergarten or the local civil affairs office within the period specified by the Education Bureau (usually from the third week of September to the first week of October each year). Please submit the completed application form, together with the original and copies of all required documents and a self-paid return envelope, in person to our school’s administration office by the designated deadline. Applicants who are not assigned to our school at this stage still have the opportunity to choose our school during the unified placement process. All submitted documents will be used solely for this admission application process and will be securely destroyed after the admission procedure is completed; they will not be returned.
