- Application Form for First-Grade Candidates (must include a photo of the applicant child’s ID)
- Copies of the "Unified School Selection Form" (green version) (electronic application form available for printing)
- Photocopy of the “Registration Certificate”
- Academic performance evaluation reports for the past two years
- If you are a Catholic member, please present a photocopy of your child’s baptism certificate.
- Cover of the kindergarten handbook/copy of the student ID card (must display the student’s name and the name of the kindergarten)
- Attached is a return envelope with postage of $2.40; please write the student’s Chinese name and address on it.
Applications for the 2026 intake of first-year candidates are now open. Application period: June 3, 2026, to June 6, 2026. Applications must be submitted in person at our school; applications submitted via email or fax will not be accepted. Office hours of the Admissions Office: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Saturday).
