Curriculum & Approach
Adhering to the principle of ''not to be served, but to serve'', the school provides well-rounded early childhood education. Laying a foundation for the future, the school nurtures ''spiritual growth'' by instilling children’s steadfast beliefs, values, and interpersonal skills, emphasizes ''intellectual growth'' by developing children's language and critical thinking for expression and problem-solving, and fosters “physical growth” through music and fitness activities for coordination and self-care.
Our school’s child-centered curriculum blends the Education Bureau’s six learning areas with thematic projects to foster exploration. It focuses on four core skills: language, problem-solving, self-confidence, and communication. Learning through play and hands-on experiences ensures holistic growth, with progress tracked through ongoing observation. We will follow the “Kindergarten Education Curriculum Guide” (2017) to plan curriculum. Children of nursery classes will not be asked to write, and there will not be mechanical copying exercises and drills on calculation.
Our child-centered curriculum combines the Education Bureau's six learning areas with thematic projects, nurturing exploration and four core skills: language, problem-solving, confidence, and communication. Hands-on learning promotes holistic development, assessed through ongoing observation.
