School ethos

Our school, guided by the school motto “Loyalty, Diligence, Simplicity, Reverence for God, and Love for Others,” has established a school culture of "Strictness with Love, Courtesy, and Discipline." Through the dual class teacher system and class management, we foster a friendly and supportive class atmosphere. The school emphasizes service learning, with activities such as "Community Service Experience Day" and the establishment of the CSJ Care Team, which regularly engages in community service. Our students have accumulated outstanding volunteer service hours and have received various volunteer service awards and school team awards from different organizations. In the first grade, we implement comprehensive scout training to enhance students’ sense of discipline and law-abiding behavior. Additionally, the flag-raising team, Immigration Department Youth Leaders Corps, Fire and Ambulance Services Teams, and Junior Police Call effectively cultivate students' virtues of simplicity and self-discipline. The Ethics and Religious Studies curriculum and various Catholic growth activities further help students develop virtues of kindness and goodness, contributing to a harmonious campus atmosphere. As a result, our school has been awarded the “Caring Campus”, “Heartfelt School”, "Excellent School in Health School Policy" honors for many years.

Our school aims at providing a balanced all-round education, based on the principle of strength-based approach & the needs of students with different learning orientations and abilities, which such education help students meet the requirements of professional and tertiary education, providing a direct path to enter Saint Francis University. Implementing with Catholic's moral value and Caritas's motto and vision, such education provided guides the students in developing a meaningful life embraced with Caritas's spirit.
