Caritas Chai Wan Marden Foundation Secondary School

Our school won the 2009 Caring School Award and Outstanding Volunteer Team. We give full support and care to all students. We provide 'Life Education' lessons and adventure-based counseling activities to nurture students' positive attitudes towards life as well as enhance the full development of their multiple intelligences. We give adequate opportunities for students in developing their potential through various co-curricular activities related to Other Learning Experiences (OLE) such as volunteer work, Students’ Union, being Librarians and School Prefects etc. Our school volunteer team got "the Outstanding Volunteer Project" and the "Star of Volunteers" award presented by the Social Welfare Department. Our Principal was awarded to be one of the Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2005 for her contribution in social services and her influence among the youth.

The school is committed to developing a caring, quality and whole-person education service to students regardless of their background, aptitude and learning abilities. It provides multi-intelligence curricula to enable students to develop their potential to the full and to cater for students' career needs.
