  • A copy of Xiao Liu’s report card (if any)
  • Copies of certificates, documents, or awards for academic, athletic, service-related, or other extracurricular activities (where applicable)
  • One return envelope should be prepared, on which the postage stamp must be affixed, and the recipient’s name and address should be written down. This envelope is used to notify the selected students who have been included in the school’s list for self-allocated university places.
  • The original copy of the applicant’s ID card or other identification documents
  • Copies of the report cards for the second semester of fifth grade and the first semester of sixth grade
  • The "Application Form for Self-assignment of Places in Secondary One" issued by the Education Bureau
