Vision & Mission
The school implements a whole-school approach to guidance and counselling, centered around the Mau Fung Student Development Framework. The goal is to cultivate students’ positive characters and leadership skills, fostering a caring and inclusive campus culture. In junior forms, a three-class teacher system is adopted, while in senior forms, a dual-class teacher system is implemented to ensure comprehensive support for students at different stages of development. This model integrates discipline and counselling, emphasising holistic development. While focusing on academic performance, we also pay attention to mental health and value cultivation. Through programmes like the 'three homeroom teachers' system for junior high, the 'dual homeroom teachers' system for senior high, Form 1 learning guidance classes, the 'I CAN' reward programme, an ice cream truck visit on the first day of school, the Form 6 farewell event, and the 'Scholar’s Porridge' gathering, we strive to provide diverse support, foster a caring campus atmosphere, and create a platform for students to showcase their talents. This helps students thrive in a family-like environment full of love and care, sparking their potential and letting them shine.
Based on the education principle of the Hong Kong Buddhist Association, our school motto is "To illumine wisdom and manifest compassion". The school aims to help our students acquire wisdom and nurture compassion in their hearts.
