Required documents

• The completed and signed “Application Form for Primary One Admission”
• Original and photocopies of the identification documents of the parent or guardian (if not submitted in person, photocopies of the identification documents and a written authorization letter must be provided).
• Apply for both the original and photocopies of the child's identity documents
• Children’s Hong Kong birth certificates: If the status of “Permanent Resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region” in the last column of the birth certificate is marked as “Undetermined”, parents must bring along their child’s valid travel document or residence permit in Hong Kong.
• If a child does not possess a Hong Kong birth certificate, the parent must bring along the child’s non-Hong Kong birth certificate as well as identification documents that prove their right to reside in Hong Kong.
• If a sibling is currently enrolled in this school, the original and photocopies of the following documents must be presented: 4.1 The sibling’s student record booklet; 4.2 The sibling’s birth certificate.
• If a sibling or parent has graduated from this institution, the original and photocopies of the following documents must be presented: 5.1 The sibling’s graduation certificate and their birth certificate; 5.2 The parent’s graduation certificate.
• Original and photocopies of the documents proving the registered address; the name on these documents must match the name of the parent/guardian: 6.1 A lease contract that has been stamped and authorized; 6.2 Notices of collection for food subsidies and/or rent (the most recent ones); 6.3 Public housing lease contracts/rental certificates and rental cards (both pages showing the address and the names of the household members must be photocopied); 6.4 Water/electricity/coal bills (for the last three months); 6.5 Residential fixed-line telephone bills (for the last three months); 6.6 Broadband internet service bills (for the last three months).
• Three 4 x 9-inch return mail envelopes (it is necessary to write the student’s name and address on them and attach postage stamps of HK$2.2 each).
