Other fees
Our current annual tuition fees include books, teaching, and all art materials; however, they exclude additional costs such as class trips, school bus fees, lunches, and extra-curricular activities. The Annual Capital Levy (ACL) is a non-redeemable, non-refundable and non-transferable fee for service. The ACL is charged by BE International School Limited (BEISL) as an agent for each of the Management Committees of Wycombe Abbey School Hong Kong and Wycombe Abbey School Hong Kong (Kowloon). The ACL does not relate to any debt owed by BEISL to any person and does not confer any priority admission or other rights upon any person. The ACL is not an asset or other property of any person. In order to confirm a place for a new pupil, a non-refundable, non-transferrable advance payment of HK$18,800/$19,800 for tuition fees is required. It will offset from the first month's tuition fee attended by the pupil. For pupils joining the school in the middle of the month, the tuition fees will be calculated pro-rata for the number of calendar days of that month. In cases of late or partial payment, interest will be charged on the outstanding amount.

Year 12 applicants complete a written exam in English and written papers in two of the subjects they intend to take for A Levels, followed by an interview with the Head of Admissions. (Note: The page lists assessment details for Years 9-10 and 12, but does not explicitly list the specific assessment/interview details for Year 8 (S1 equivalent). However, it states 'Year 1–2 applicants participate in group assessments... For Years 3–8, the process includes a written exam and a CAT4 online assessment... The applicant will also have an interview with a relevant class teacher or the Head of Admissions.' Since S1 is Year 8, the format is group assessment + interview).
