- The College is government-funded and our students do not have to pay any school fees. That being said, Tong Fai (堂費) and an approved collection for specific purposes are collected in order to provide essential resources, materials, facilities and equipment. The amount in total is $1000+$200 per student per annum for the current school year. There are other possible fees for activities and coach fees for sports teams and music groups. Financial assistance is available for families experiencing short or long-term inability to pay fees.

- Only shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview, and the shortlisted applicants will be notified by telephone to an interview on Tuesday, 7th July 2026 or Wednesday, 8th July 2026. Applicants who are not contacted/invited for the interview should consider their applications unsuccessful and will not be notified individually.

Required documents
- A Complete F.1 Application Form.
- Please submit copies of all school reports for P.4, P.5, and P.6, as well as certificates for all achievements. (It is recommended that all copies be duplex-printed and not bound or stapled into booklet form.)
- One Passport photograph of the applicant (Size 1.5” x 2”). Please write down the applicant’s full name on the back of the photograph.
- One copy of an applicant’s Hong Kong Identity Card / Birth Certificate / Passport with a valid visa to allow study in Hong Kong.
- An Administration Fee of HK$50.00 is payable by CASH only.

Applications for Form One Discretionary Places (DP) for the 2026-2027 academic year are now open from January 2nd to 16th, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted. We participate in the Secondary School Places Allocation System through the Central Allocation (CA) stage in May. At this stage, Primary Six students would return their school choices via their primary schools to EDB. Our Form One places for Discretionary Places (DP) and Central Allocation (CA) stages are normally full. However, limited places may be available for special admissions after the release of the Central Allocation (CA) results in July for the next school year. The number of places varies every year, depending on the number of retentions in Form One in the school year.
