- Original and photocopies of documents proving the residential address (such as water/electricity/gas/residential telephone bills, meal delivery receipts, lease agreements with official stamps, public housing rental contracts, etc.). The name on these documents must match the name of the parent/guardian.
- If your sibling is enrolled in this school, you must bring a photocopy of the enrollment record page in their student handbook for the current academic year, as well as the original and a photocopy of their birth certificate.
