- If a student assigned to our university fails to complete the registration procedures within the specified deadline and does not notify the university in advance of any alternative arrangements, it will be considered as a waiver of the right to obtain the degree.
Required documents
- Original registration certificate for Grade 1 students.
- The original and duplicate copies of the child’s Hong Kong birth certificate (or relevant immigration residence certification documents).
- A recent photo of the child (in the size required for a passport).
- Identity documents of the guardian.
- Proof of residence for March 2023: utility bills (water, electricity, gas), meal allowance receipts, and duly stamped lease agreements (both original and copies).
- The return address has been filled in, and an envelope with sufficient postage for local mailing has been attached.
Registration is available from Tuesday, June 9, 2026, to Wednesday, June 10, 2025. Hours of service are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and the location is the school’s underground conference room. If a applicant’s child has not been assigned to this school but still wishes to apply for enrollment, they may come to the school during the following dates and hours to register and submit the required forms. Applications received after these deadlines will not be processed: Registration period is from Wednesday, June 3, 2026, to Friday, June 12, 2026 (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Hours of service are as follows: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The location for registration is the school’s underground administration office. Required documents include: a completed application form with attached photo, a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate, a copy of the primary one registration certificate, a copy of the parent’s signature page of the primary one self-assigned school placement application form, a copy of the parent’s signature page of the unified school placement application form, the most recent report card/evaluation document from the kindergarten (if available), and the student’s personal portfolio (up to 8 pages). If an applicant has previously applied for enrollment during the “self-assigned school placement” phase, the documents already submitted to the school (such as the copy of the birth certificate and the parent’s signature page of the application form) do not need to be submitted again.
