Family Admissions Rights depreciate annually according to a fixed schedule based on the number of years a child is enrolled at the school and the holder may request redemption at the depreciated value (or donate the remaining value). Family Admissions Rights holders should note that such redemptions are subject to the availability of funds within the school s capital program and may take several years to process. Capital Levies are non-refundable.

Tuition Fees for the 2026-2027 Academic Year: Junior Grade 1 $202,600; Grade 1-6 $242,200; Grade 7-8 $250,900; Grade 9-12 $259,500. Entry Fee (one-time fee upon admission): Fee for a family s first child admitted to THS $16,000; Fee for each additional child admitted to THS $6,000. Technology: Apple Laptop $500 ~$8,000. Camps and Overseas Trips: Xian (G3) (One student and parent) ~$25,000; Overnight Camp (G4-G6) ~$3,000-$5,500; Local and Overseas Trips (G7-G12) ~$3,000-$22,000. Other Miscellaneous Fees: PTA Fee (charged annually) $500; Yearbook (opt-in, charged annually) $500; Late Payment Fee $500. The annual capital levy is charged by The Harbour School Foundation Limited (the Foundation), is a fee for service and does not relate to any debt owed by the Foundation to any person, and is non-negotiable, non-redeemable, non-refundable and non-transferrable. The Annual Capital Levy is payable in its full amount regardless of the date of admission. This fee is due on July 1st, 2026 or upon admission. Financial Assistance: Each year, The Harbour School awards over HKD $4 million in need-based financial aid to qualifying families. 100% full financial aid is reserved for asylum and refugee families.

The Harbour School caters to students ages 5 to 18 years old. We accept applications for admissions throughout the school year. Please view this age grade chart as a reference.

If the applicant is qualified and space is available, a formal letter of acceptance will be sent by email along with important information for enrollment.

Acceptance deadline

The family has 7 days to accept the offer and provide payment for the family debenture and entry fee to guarantee enrollment.

Siblings of currently enrolled students; Families who apply for all age-appropriate children are prioritized; Previously enrolled THS students who have returned from another country

Interview

1 round(s)Students applying to Junior Grade 1 & Grade 1 will be asked to attend a trial day at THS. Trial days allow us to ensure that the child and family are familiar with the school, and it allows the admissions team to do a general in-class evaluation: how a child fares within the student-teacher ratio THS offers (average 8:1), how a child handles class routines and transitions, how he/she learns alongside peers, and how he/she works independently.

THS is a family-based school and we expect that, in most cases, all of the age-appropriate children in one family will apply. Siblings are given priority in acceptance. The school reserves the right to not accept any student who has an eligible school-age sibling that does not attend The Harbour School.
