- The Education Bureau will use Hong Kong Post’s “Local Postal Express Service” to send the “Primary One Registration Certificates” directly to the contact addresses provided by parents from June 3 to June 4. Applicants who are considered by our school will be notified by email to come for an interview. We will inform applicants of the results of their applications by phone or in writing by July 7, 2026, at the latest.

- Completed Student Registration Form
- Original “Primary One Registration Certificate”
- Copy of the student’s birth certificate
- Copies of the parents/guardians’ identity cards
- Copies of students’ report cards/evaluation forms (for the most recent exam or evaluation)
- Special health certification documents for students (if required)
- One recent photo of the student (used as identification) should be attached to the academic record form.
- Application form and required documents for admission to the first grade as a transfer student
For parents of students who have not been allocated a place in the Primary 1 intake for the 2026 academic year but still wish to apply for our school’s First Grade, you may bring the completed Supplementary Application Form for Primary 1 and the required documents in person to our school between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm, or from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on June 8th to proceed with the application process. Applicants who will be considered by our school will receive an email notification requesting them to come in for an interview. We will inform you of the application outcome by phone or in writing by July 7, 2026. If you have any questions regarding these arrangements, please feel free to contact Vice Principal Lai Yue-wah or Director Xia Chi-hing at 2948 1122. Neither our school nor the Hong Kong Institute of Education are able to provide parking spaces for parents who come to the school; please try to use public transportation and get off near the university entrance.
