- The list of admitted students will be announced on Monday, November 24, 2025. The school will notify parents of the application results and subsequent arrangements by phone; parents do not need to come in person to check them.

- A return envelope already stamped with a postage stamp (the child’s name and address are written on the envelope cover).

- Entrusting someone else: If parents are unable to submit the form in person, the person entrusted must bring a letter of authorization from the parents as well as photocopies of their identification documents.
- Children – Original and photocopies of the birth certificate from Hong Kong (If the last column of the birth certificate from Hong Kong indicates “NOT ESTABLISHED”, the parent must present the original and photocopies of the child’s valid travel document or residence permit in Hong Kong).
- If a child does not possess a birth certificate issued in Hong Kong, the parent must present both the original and photocopies of the child’s birth certificate issued in another place, as well as the identity document proving the child’s right to reside in Hong Kong.
- Original and photocopies of documents proving the residential address (such as a leased contract with stamps and seals, utility bills, public housing rental cards, water/electricity/gas/residential telephone bills, etc.). The name on these documents must match the name of the parent. Mobile phone bills and bank statements will not be accepted.
- If you have an older sibling studying at this school, you must attach the original and photocopies of their birth certificate as well as the page containing their academic registration information in their student handbook. (#This document can be submitted later after completing the relevant information in the handbook.)
- Both the original and photocopies of score-keeping documents are accepted (for example, the birth certificate of a sibling who graduated from this school, or the graduation certificate of such a sibling or their parents).

Registration location: The Administration Office on the first floor of our school. Parents do not need to bring their children to the school to complete the registration process. If parents are unable to attend the school in person, they may authorize someone else to handle the registration on their behalf in writing. Parents whose children have already been assigned a place in the first grade please note that your child has already completed the registration and does not need to register again during the specified period. Regarding the arrangements for the new academic year, the school will inform parents through their older siblings who are enrolled at our school, or by mail. Please pay attention to these notifications.
