After the completion of the interviews, parents will be informed whether their child has been: Offered a guaranteed placement at St. Johannes College, or Placed on our waiting list for possible entry

Acceptance deadline

If the family fails to notify the school of their decision to either accept or decline enrollment before the deadline specified in the offer letter, the offer will be withdrawn and placement will be offered to another qualified applicant.

Interview

1 round(s) · mixedThe admission interview will take place at St. Johannes College's campus. Applicants should bring their confirmation email with them. The recommended dress code for applicants is either their current school uniform or smart casual wear. For KG to Primary 1 applicants, the purpose of the SJC admissions interview is to assess your child's current proficiency in English and Chinese in an age-appropriate manner, their academic performance, and key skills such as reasoning, problem-solving, and social and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, the interview evaluates extracurricular interests, the student's character, as well as parenting style and understanding of SJC, all aimed at gauging your child's potential to thrive in and contribute to our diverse international community. The overall assessment weighting allocates 70% to interview performance and 30% to the personal portfolio.

Students can apply for immediate transfers up to two years before entry. Registration is not completed until parents have received acknowledgement of application and the application fee has been duly paid. Registration does not, however, constitute an offer of a place at the school.
