- ID card, passport, or other identification documents of the parent/guardian
- If the elder sibling is a student of this school, they must bring a photocopy of their current year’s student ID book (the page with the photo).
- If your parents or siblings are graduates of this school, please bring the original and photocopies of their graduation certificates as well as their birth certificates.
- Original and photocopies of documents proving the residential address (such as water/electricity/gas/residential telephone bills, lease agreements already stamped with relevant seals, food delivery receipts, etc.)
- The application form already includes the name and address of the applicant, as well as a return envelope stamped with a $2.2 postage stamp.
