Required documents

• Parents must submit the application in person: present their identity documents and fill out the application form.
• Entrusting someone else to submit the form: The person submitting the form must present a photocopy of their parent’s identification document and submit the application form together.
• The child’s Hong Kong birth certificate and its photocopies (if the child’s permanent resident status in Hong Kong has not been confirmed, the child’s valid travel document/residence permit in Hong Kong and their photocopies are also required); or the child’s birth certificate from another place and the identity documents proving their residence in Hong Kong, along with their photocopies.
• Proof of the residential address stated (such as a stamped lease agreement, utility bill, public housing lease contract, or water/electricity/gas/residential telephone bill, etc.) and its photocopies
• If it is stated that a sibling is currently studying at this school, it is necessary to bring their Hong Kong birth certificate and its photocopy, as well as a photocopy of the first page of their student handbook.
• If it is stated that the applicant shares the same religious beliefs as the school, parents must provide relevant documents (such as the applicant’s baptism certificate) and their photocopies.
• In cases where it is claimed that the sibling is a graduate of this school, parents must present the relevant original documents (such as the sibling’s birth certificate and graduation certificate) as well as their photocopies.
• Photocopy of the primary school registration certificate (for applicants seeking a candidate degree)
• Original and photocopies of the child’s birth certificate (for candidate degree applications)
• Parents are requested to distribute copies of the degree application form and the school selection form for the unified placement system to their children (for those applying for alternative degrees).
• Transcript (copy of the most recent year) (for candidates applying for a degree)
